Downloading Software and Licenses

Your VADAAR installer and license are available for download online through the ImmersaView Portal via your user account. Use the instructions below to help guide you through the process.

Logging in to the Portal

Prerequisite

You'll need an ImmersaView portal account. If you do not have one and need an portal account, please send us an email at sales@immersaview.com.

Go to www.portal.immersaview.com and log in.

tip

If you do not have your password handy, you can generate a new one by clicking on the Forgot your password? link or going to https://www.portal.immersaview.com/password_reset directly.

For security purposes, passwords are encrypted using one-way encryption. This means that we are unable to retrieve forgotten passwords and the only way to enable access again is to generate a new one.

Downloading Software Installers

To download software installers:

  1. Log in the to the ImmersaView Portal.
  2. Select the Downloads link to access your installer.
  3. Under the VADAAR 2 box, select Download.
  4. On the Downloads page, download the Server, Sender, and Viewer installers under your platform.

Result: Once the downloads finish, you can install your software.

Accessing Software Licenses

VADAAR uses one license to provide access to Server, Sender, and Viewer. To access your software license:

  1. If not already, log in to the ImmersaView Portal.
  2. From the top of the page, select the Licenses link.
  3. Identify the product license you need, then do one of the following:
    • Copy the License Key for use after installation.
    • Click on the product line. The information page for the License displays, offering a copy button to copy the license key automatically, or a button for completing offline software activation.
