Remote Desktop Control

The Remote Desktop Control feature, also called Take Control, is designed to allow you to remote into a machine running VADAAR Sender and configure or troubleshoot. See Configuring Remote Desktop Control for more information on the set up process.

Take Control​

To use the Take Control feature:

  1. Navigate to Media Library > Senders.

  2. In the Senders list, double click on a Sender.

    • Alternatively, select the breadcrumbs to navigate between folders.

  3. In the Streams list, select a stream, then select View Stream in the top toolbar.

    • Alternatively, double-click a stream to view it in your browser.

  4. Select the Take Control button. Result: Your computer takes control over the machine running VADAAR Sender.

  5. When finished, select the Release Control button.

Result: Remote desktop access establishes and releases for the selected VADAAR Sender source machine.
